The Times reports today about a man who’s turned his  12ft by 6ft garden shed into a maritime museum. Robert Carter, who’s 65, lives in  Plymouth and has collected hundreds of historical naval items ranging from a powder keg from the Battle of Trafalgar to coal shovels from HMS Bulldog.
