How secure is an Asgard Storage Shed?
Asgard metal sheds are the most secure sheds on the market, all our units are designed with security in mind. Many of our sheds are LPCB approved (to level 1) for maximum security and with a robust locking system. They have an integrated metal floor which is anchored to the level base.
Is the metal sports storage unit suitable for outdoor use.
Yes, all Asgard sheds are made from heavy duty galvanised steel panels, offering weatherproof dry storage and suitable for external use. All your sports, PE and playground equipment can be stored safely and securely in the Asgard storage sheds. The units also come with a 10-year warranty for complete peace of mind.
Is the Storage Shed Unit delivered fully assembled or flat packed?
The unit is delivered by us in convenient flat packs. However, the unit is then assembled by our Installation team at your preferred location at no extra cost to you. Choosing a storage shed from Asgard is easy and hassle free.
We require a larger storage units, can you make custom sizes to order?
Yes, we have a range of sizes available depending on your requirements. To compare the different units, please refer to the School Storage Pack Comparison chart here. In addition to this, we can also add an extension onto some of the larger unit, and customising the unit dimensions according to your requirements. Are they Storage units child friendly?
The Asgard units have been designed with safety in mind, with extra features such as a wooden internal floor of the larger unit, large double door access and an integral ramp for easy access. All Exposed screw ends are hidden – No dangerous sharp edges inside the unit, so this is suitable for nurseries, primary schools and colleges.
Will I require Planning Permission for an Asgard School Storage Shed unit?
The good news is that generally, in most cases, you would not need to get planning permission for the outdoor metal storage units from Asgard, as the building is classed as a ‘Portable Building’. Read this article for more information.
